Our multi course Tasting Menu is available Thursday to Saturday evening.

Smart casual wear. T-shirts, shorts and casual sandals are not recommended.

For guests staying over we have private parking, there is plenty of local on street parking.

Yes, older children are more than welcome. Unfortunately, we do not have a children’s menu nor are we able to cater for small children.

Yes, we run a waiting list for each service. If you would like to be added to our waiting list for a particular date, please use the Cancellation Form on the web site. (Available shortly)

We operate a bring your own alcoholic beverages, in pleasant weather there is outdoor seating and our Pink room.

We occasionally cater for events and special menus on Sundays so please look out for them on our social media platforms.

Currently, we do not have an online booking system in place. However, we ask that Diners use the Dining Form or the Stay & Dine Form to book reservations at Fraiche.

Fraiche does not offer gift vouchers.

We have now relocated to the lovely countryside of Shropshire with the nearest town being Oswestry, confirmed bookings will be given exact address and assistance with directions.

Fraiche is on a single (ground) floor with one step. We can provide a ramp if pre-requested. Due to the age of the cottage and space we cannot offer disabled toilets. The guest room is on the first floor accessed by a small flight of stairs.

At present we have 1 guest room, although there are two hotels in the close proximity to Fraiche.

We only allow Guide Dogs and Assistance dogs into the dining room.

We do not include service charge.

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of Fraiche we are unable to accommodate any Food Allergies or Dietary Restrictions to our menus.

You are more than welcome to bring your own bottle without charge.

Fraiche is unable to supply a celebration cake; however, you are more than welcome to bring one.

All our menus use fresh seasonal products.

All our products are GM free.

To the best of our knowledge, all our ingredients are ethically sourced.

All our seafood is from sustainable stocks.

Nuts are used in the open kitchen and are present in the dining room. We are unable to guarantee a nut free environment.

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of Fraiche we are unable to accommodate any Food Allergies or Dietary Restrictions to our menus.

Our meat supplies are based on animal welfare standards, food safety and quality. We use a variety of suppliers, all from the UK and Ireland.

All of our suppliers, regardless of location, operate to strict EU animal welfare standards, which require that all animals are stunned before slaughter to ensure they are killed humanely. This is the industry standard used by all the major retailers and restaurants.

To be absolutely clear, we have no requirement for any of our suppliers to supply us with Halal-certified meat. Please also be aware that none of the meals on our menus are prepared or cooked to a Halal standard.
